its FIRST ANNUAL GOLF FUNDRAISER at Canyon Mesa Country Club\, the beautif
ul nine-hole course in the Village of Oak Creek (500 Jacks Canyon Road).\n
For just $90 per player\, participants will tee-off at 8:30 AM (wit h check-in at 8 AM) in nine-hole scramble play with a late-morning lunch i n the club’s lounge to follow. This event can accommodate a maximum of 40 golfers so we urge those of any skill level to register NOW. \nProceeds from the registration fee will help fund DORR’s campaign and canvassing activities during the 2022 midterm ele ction cycle. Supporters also have the ability to make additional donations at the ACT BLUE sign-up link.
\nDemocrats of the Red Rocks has been championing are a voters’ right to be heard since it was founded in 2003\, and the organiz ation has grown to more than 350 members. Among DORR’s events are a monthl y “Zoom Breakfast\,” featuring Sedona-area and Arizona political figures a nd issues\, and a monthly “Zoom Film Club\,” where attendees engage in liv ely discussion about a past or current political-themed movie they have vi ewed prior to the club get-together.
