The SCOTUS decision has already “t riggered” laws in South Dakota\, Louisiana and Kentucky that immediately o utlaw abortion.  Missouri’s State Attorney General moved to enact that sta te’s trigger law within minutes of the Supreme Court ruling. Thirteen stat es are moving to outlaw abortion within the next 30 days.  Seven more are poised to act within the next few months.  Arizona\, Michigan and Wisconsi n are among the 10 states that have pre-Roe abortion bans that are now exp ected to take effect.\nIn Arizona\, it is unclear whether all abortions wi ll be banned based on a law that is still on the books from the 1800’s or only those after 15 weeks\, will be outlawed\, as per the recent legislati on signed by Gov.
