The SCOTUS decision has already “triggered” laws in South Dakota, Louisiana and Kentucky that immediately outlaw abortion.  Missouri’s State Attorney General moved to enact that state’s trigger law within minutes of the Supreme Court ruling. Thirteen states are moving to outlaw abortion within the next 30 days.  Seven more are poised to act within the next few months.  Arizona, Michigan and Wisconsin are among the 10 states that have pre-Roe abortion bans that are now expected to take effect.</p> <p>In Arizona, it is unclear whether all abortions will be banned based on a law that is still on the books from the 1800’s or only those after 15 weeks, will be outlawed, as per the recent legislation signed by Gov.
