 her Land</em></strong> was made by a Palestinian-Israeli collective\,  nam
 ed Best Documentary Film at the Academy Awards and was the year’s most dec
 orated documentary.  The film makers documented the demolition of homes in
  Masafer Yatta in the West Bank from 2019-2023\, creating a “visual record
  of what was happening” that Alissa Wilkinson\, in her <a href='https://ww
 w.nytimes.com/2025/01/31/movies/no-other-land-documentary-gaza-west-bank.h
 tml'><em>The New York </em>Times review</a>\, called “audacious and devast
 ating.”  We’re hoping you were able to catch the film when it played at th
 e Mary D. Fisher in late March since as you know\, the film has had a diff
 icult time finding a US distributor (which introduces much asked questions
  about documentary films and market distribution).</p>\n<p> </p>
