\nThose are principles America was founded upon. They were the battle cry of the Continental Cong ress that adopted the American flag in June of 1777\, in the midst of a wa r to throw off a monarchy. June 14 in fact — Flag Day.
\nDonald Trum p has disgraced those principles. He’s actively defying our courts\, sidel ining Congress\, cracking down on dissent\, and\, with this ego-driven mil itary parade\, stealing from the people to pay for his birthday party.
\nNo Kings Day is how we’ll remind Trump\, and all of our fello w Americans\, that we don’t suffer kings in this country. Trump w ants the world to see a glorious and powerful ruler\, but what we’ll show them is a weak and unpopular president — a lame duck flailing for attentio n as the masses stand up to reject him.
