The Arizona Corporation Commission regulates public utilities and rates, incorporation of businesses and organizations, securities, railroad/pipeline safety and sets Arizona energy policy. This November 3rd we have the chance to elect three new Commissioners and flip the ACC to a Democratic majority! Learn about this little understood “4th branch” of Arizona government and the highly qualified candidates running for a Commission seat in a ZOOM event hosted by Indivisible Groups of AZ.
