Voting Information for Sedona and VOC

Introduction:
Early Voting
Both Coconino and Yavapai County have Early Vote Centers. These centers can create ballots for immediate voting for anyone living in that county.
Early Vote Center* for Yavapai County:
10 South 6th Street, Cottonwood, AZ 8-5, Monday-Friday through August 24th
Early Vote Center* for Coconino County: Sedona City Hall, 7 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday through August 23rd.
Election Day Voting
On Election Day, Yavapai County voters can pull a ballot and vote at “Voting Centers”:
Sedona Elks Lodge, 110 Airport Road open or VOCA Community Center 690 Bell Rock Blvd.
On Election Day, Sedona Coconino County voters can pull a ballot and vote at their local “Polling Place”:
Christ Lutheran Church. (See below for options if Flagstaff is more convenient.)
PEVL (Mail-in-ballots)
See below for details for options for Party Affiliated PEVL (Permanent Early Voting List) voters who have not mailed or turned in their ballots and for Independent PEVL voters who don’t have a ballot.
Primary
Coconino or Yavapai mail-in-ballots need to be mailed by August 22nd since ballots need to be received not later than 7 p.m. on August 28th. After August 22nd (or before for that matter), Coconino and Yavapai ballots can be dropped in the drop box on the East side of Sedona City Hall, or dropped off at any Early Vote Center, or dropped off at locations mentioned below on Election Day. No ID is required if the ballot is sealed in the envelope supplied by the County.
Registered Independents on the PEVL who did not request a ballot for the primary or Independents not on the PEVL in Yavapai County can obtain a ballot and vote at any Early Vote Center* in their County or any Vote Center on Election Day. They will request which ballot they want: Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Green Party, or “City Ballot”-only Home Rule and City Council.
